Grab a cold handful of authentic New Orleans happiness!

There are as more flavors of sno-balls than there are colors of the rainbow or ways that people can be happy in New Orleans.  Sno-ball season, roughly around March to November, is when New Orleans comes alive with iced flavors that are sampled and savored with relish.  Consider the stuffed sno-ball: it contains a scoop of ice cream.  Consider trying a sno-ball with condensed milk added to the syrup—it’s delicious.

Sno-ball connoisseurs all have their own opinions of which flavor is the most refreshing and invigorating.  Ask a local.  Ask a New Orleans B&B innkeeper.  Discover a side of New Orleans that you didn’t know existed.  There is a lot about New Orleans that you will only discover by staying at a New Orleans B&B.
