For those who don’t know, a sno-ball is a cup of shaved ice doused with flavored syrup. The results of 2017’s sales haven’t yet been released., but here is a list of the top 10 sno-ball flavors of 2016 (2018 will be similar, we’re sure):

Sno-ball season, roughly around March to November, is when New Orleans comes alive with iced flavors that are sampled and savored with relish. Consider the stuffed sno-ball: it contains a scoop of ice cream. Consider trying a sno-ball with condensed milk added to the syrup—it’s delicious.
